firmware: scrolling suggestion

Post by _cc_ »

Jean-Francois,
I hope this is the right place to post my suggestion:
I'd be happy if the previous and next buttons would allow to scroll through the files and NOT stop at the last or first file but instead scroll further:
when reaching the last file it should jump to the first and re-begin scrolling there.
The best would be to scroll this way:
scrolling up: first, 2, 3, 4, 5, .....n..., last, wait half a second, (peep), first, 2, 3, 4.....
scrolling down: n, ..., 4, 3, 2, 1, wait half a second, (peep), last, ...n, 4,3, 2, and so on.

This would make things easier for me :-)) I have many files on the sd card and re-beginning with the first one often takes some time. And leaving a directory would be also easier, if the ".." would appear before the first and after the last file.

What do you think?
Thank you + best wishes

Claudio

I tend to agree. It would be a MAJOR improvement.

This is only a User interface change!
