ZSK L 12 11 firmware

Hello to all
Thanks to all in advance. Im not sure if this is the right place to put this topic, but im really desperate.
Im new in this and this is my first post here. I have a really big problem.
I have a ZSK L 12 11 embroidery machine (I think its from 1995) with a floppy and a USB emulator, but the firmware isnt working, says "error: video not found". If i disconect the USB emulator says nothing just ZSK od screen.
So, i have the firmware (softwere, img file) put on a floppy but the machine doesnt recognize it.
My question is. Have I to format the floppy in some way for the machine to recognize it, boot it and instal the firmware? How do i format the floppy (1.44, 720k)? Need some softwere to format the disk?
Im really new in this stuff and i dont have a clue what to do.
Please help, Im desperate

The mahine have GOTEK usb emulator.

the machine probably use a special format.

Have you the HxC firmware installed on this gotek ?

Have you a working floppy disk from this machine ?

Honestly I dont have a clue if the USB emulator have hxc.
The floppy working on PC...but not on the machine...
I have the boot softwere (img file) but i dont know how to make it on floppy/USB so the machine recognize it. Im really new in this stuff and i dont really understand much. But im desperate i need the machine working
