S900 USB Floppy Emulator Settings

Hi there

Anyone know what settings I need in the HxC Floppy Emulator Software to convert S900 *.img files to USB *.hfe files?
I tried loading up a couple of *.img files and format them in Akai S900/S950 DD Mode, but when I try to load the *.hfe from usb stick in my HxC Gotex S900 I get
Disk is unprepared! You must format it!.......... message.

I tried to convert on a Win7 64-bit machine. Is this to new for it to work?
Also, the USB HxC Floppy Emulator Settings says, "FTDI D2XX Driver Not installed!" in a tab. I dont know what it means, but it doesn't sound promising. Has it got anything to do with anything?

Use the Load raw button and select the S950 HD (if this a HD image) or S900 DD custom format (if this a DD image), then load your img file from this window and export the loaded image to HFE.

You can also use the batch converter if you check the case "Treat input files as RAW files". Then just use the same setting as above.
