[Hxc SD Rev C] Replace VR1

Hi,

I'll preparing BOM for an HxC SD Rev C.
Using farnell ref, VR1 (1463544) don't seems available any more.
Farnell suggest 108239 instead, which looks similar.

Is it a correct choice for replacement ?
