.hfe, scp converting or pre instaled emulator

Post by --- »

not sure if this is the right place to ask
i found some old pc 98 games but the files are .hfe and scp
i only know how to use hdi and .nfd for the neko project emulator

so i would like to know if there is a way to convert the files so that they can be mounted by neko project 2?
or if someone can give me a easy step by step explanation or better a pre installed floppy emulator?

you don't know about neko project or anex86?
https://gang-fight.com/projects/98faq/

anyway i got my hdi, fdi and nfd from there: https://archive.org/details/NeoKobe-Nec ... 2017-11-17

by the way i got the hfe, scp from there: https://archive.org/details/@krugman

you can probably see why i think these games should run on the same emulator

nfd :
https://www.pc98.org/project/doc/nfdr0.html
https://www.pc98.org/project/doc/nfdr1.html

fdi: (already supported by the software in read mode)
http://justsolve.archiveteam.org/wiki/A ... oppy_image

hdi: (fdi variant - but for hard disk - support can be added easily - but this is out of the scope of the hxc floppy emulator project ... maybe later ;) )

you're not helping
i can use nfd fdi and hdi easily by mounting them with the neko emulator

i need help getting the hfe scp files to work so i can play the games
best by converting them to fdi or nfd

I understand. Since this seems urgent, i recommend you to ask support to the neko or anex86 projects.

i can implement the nfd, fdi export support, but i will not do this right now, at least not for free  ...
