That seems to work! The volume label is garbage/corrupt, but the game works!

How did you create the file?
I have just fixed the bitrate to 250kbits/s on all the tracks to remove all the dump drive motor noises (probably not needed), set the interface mode to ibm pc dd, then i have exported the image to hfev3.
