Cannot load files into MPC60 MKI with SD Card

Hello,
I try to import image files into my MPC60 MKI, with my new HxC floppy emulator.
My MPC60 had the VIMANA OS
The MPC60 sees files when I'm in the load menu. But when I press "load entire files", I have an error message : "This files was created by a unit with a later system software version. You must upgrade the system in this unit before reading this file".
I tried 2 processes :

1/

Launch HXCFLOPPYEMULATOR V2,2,2,1 on my mac (using wine)
Load Raw Image :
-Track type : IBM MFM and just change "Sector per track" to 10 (instead of "9")
-Load Raw File : choose my .img file
Export
Copy the .hfe in my SD card
Now, I see "Studio.set", "System.all" and "all_seqs.all" when I press "DISK" and "7.LOAD" on the MPC60
But after loading, I have the same error message : "This files was created by a unit with a later system software version. You must upgrade the system in this unit before reading this file"

2/
I have the 4 AKAI FLOPPY DISK (origin)
Put the one floppy disk into my USB Floppy disk drive on my mac
I can see 3 files : PARAMS.PAR, SYNTH.SET and SYSTEM.ALL
Copy 3 files into my mac
Launch HXCFLOPPYEMULATOR V2,2,2,1
Disk Browser
3"5 720 KB DSDD FAT 12 + "Create Disk"
Add files + Close
Export the .hfe
Copy the .hfe in my SD card
Now, I see PARAMS.PAR, SYNTH.SET and SYSTEM.ALL when I press "DISK" and "7.LOAD" on the MPC60
After loading, I have the same error message : "This files was created by a unit with a later system software version. You must upgrade the system in this unit before reading this file"

Could you help me please ? I don't know what's wrong.

Have you tried to format the image with the MPC and then use the HxC software to copy the files to the formatted image ?

Hello, thank you for your help !
I did :
-Format the image with the MPC60 : "mpcformat.hfe"
-Put the SD Card in my mac
-Open HxCFloppyEmulator : Disk Browser : "Load image" and select the "mpcformat.hfe"
Now I can read : | Disk size : 793.00 KB | File size : 0 B | Left space: 793.00 KB |
-Drag and Drop .set and .all :
-"Save/Export" : and select my SD Card
-Put the SD Card in my MPC60
Same message : "This files was created by a unit with a later system software version. You must upgrade the system in this unit before reading this file"

These files are corrupted. There were badly dumped by the original poster...

Hmmm that's the reason, thanks.
I have only an external floppy disk reader (USB), do you know how I can import my originals floppy disks into the mpc ?

No you can't do this with an usb floppy reader : It only supports 1.44MB and 720KB formats. The MPC60 use a 800KB format. This was the issue on the mpc-forums images. You can use a PC with an internal floppy drive.

Hello! Did you by chance find a solution to this problem? I am getting the exact same message but only for one set of newly created sequences. And if I attempt to load only one sequence from the file I get error message “FB00”
All signs point to the file simply being internally corrupted but I have never seen this particular issue in my over 20 years of work on the MPC60.
I am running Vimana on a MPC60II, fwiw
