Hi.
I'm hoping that people are still here and use this site still???

After while, I finally decided to give my sampler an new lease of life by discovering the gotek and seen that these had been used in older units.
But to my dismay, it doesn't seem to be in the list, nor the ultra.

Has ANYONE been successful in working a gotek with an Emu e6400??

Don't fancy losing money and time building the unit as well as all the parts bought for

Any help will be super helpful!

e6400 is supported by the normal / classic SD HxC, but the Gotek should support it too as long as you have the HxC firmware installed.

But could you explain in layman's terms of the normal/classic SD HxC please? I'm using USB gotek, is that ok?

I'm totally new to all this so please be patient with me .
Which HxC firmware do I need to have on the gotek? I have followed this video to flash to the gotek (https://youtu.be/-K31s2xqZIk)
If that is ok, what files do I need to have on usb to fire up my emu. And once the Emu finds the drive, do the fat32 IMG files have to be change to hfe files for the gotek to read?

I have the flash tool but the serial bridge doesn't work or not finding the gotek, does it need internet connection? As it can't find that either.

I have followed the video you provided and I'm not sure that I have my wires in the correct pins as it's hard to see which wires he has them in ( I did it properly with a header pin)

Sure it need an internet connection.
