When using HxCFloppyEmulator 2.1.22.3:

Why when I generate a blank 1.44MB floppy HFE image by the software or convert another format (.img/.ima) floppy image, the resulting file is 4,117KB, but a dumped floppy produces a file 3,921KB?

This is because some blanks / unformatted tracks are added when you convert from img/ima. This is done because some softwares use these extras tracks to save some data.
