Thomson TO8 double size FD support?

Hi,

If the fd and and sap single face format seem to work on my Thomson TO8 (not D), however, with the double sided fd files, i can't access second size on my TO8 my my gotek with hxc firmware (normal mode with lcd).

I've tried with batch conversion of fd (as mfm raw too). I've checked my wiring too with a real floppy disk, and i can access the two sides of floppy disks.

Do i have missing something or there is a workaround?

It should work if you use an up to date version of the converter (2.1.6.0 at least). There was a fix to the FD file loader to make the second side work.

There is one remaining problem, the sectors in FD files are in "logical" order (0, 1, 2, 3, ..., 17), and the loader does not interleave them. As a result, loading from the disks is very slow. There should be an interleave factor of 7, so sectors are in this physical order: (0, 7, 14, 3, 10, 17, 6, 13, 2, 9, 16, 5, 12, 1, 8, 15, 4, 11)
