SD Card Version Not READ

Jeff: the sd card version, not read the sd memory connected to a pc.
LCD Display works well. You can select the file and you see the file name *. hfe and track2.
Led 2 is always on
Led 3 is on when the pc boots and then shuts down
Led 4 is on when I read the floppy from the PC computer and then throws the error: "insert a disk".

Any idea what could be the problem

for PC you have different jumper settings - check manual
