VTR file format?

VTR file format?

Since HxC support this file format, is it possible to connect it to Sega Mega Drive console and emulate the cartridges with adapter from VTrucco Floppy Emulator web page?

No the HxC Floppy Emulator emulate floppies, nothing else.
