SOLVED: Rotary doesn't works

Hi,
Could you say me if my connections are corrects ?
because when I turn the rotary i can't navigate trough files. I can navigate only with the Gotek native buttons.

EDIT 1: I have installed the HxCFEUSB_V4_0_5_3a.UPD
EDIT 2: The PCB card shown here https://hxc2001.com/docs/gotek-floppy-e ... -small.jpg
isn't the same as mine. The JK pin are not close the OLED connector but on the right.

Thanks, it's more clear with your picture.

With you schematic when I rotate to the right the files decrease (5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1)
Is it possible to change that order ? from 1 to 2 to 3 to ...

I just needed to invert the CLK and DT .
