OSD potentiometer + RGB signal position

Is someone use OSD display with potentiomer to tune the OSD brightness/contrast ?

I'd like to add one but have no idea to do it

I've just bought 1k ohm potentiometer (this one https://www.ebay.fr/itm/173588627931?var=472269288262).
Do i need to add ground ?

Another question please, i need to find RGB signal position, i found :

R407 for RED
R420 for GREEN (JF Del Nero picture, thx)
R432 for BLUE

Is someone can confirm Red and Blue motherboard signal position ?
