Initially, upon flashing the latest HxC firmware, I would have a successful read on the first file, but would usually get a "FORT" error appearing on the Electone MDR Panel (which is saying that the disk is not formatted or corrupted) when I read the 2nd or 3rd file.
Jeff worked patiently over two days and finally narrowed down to some strange "index signal timing" that this Electone required.
